Purple Wave Auction is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth region. You will build relationships with heavy equipment owners across agriculture, construction, government, fleet and lending, guiding them through the auction process.

You will manage CRM data, communicate with clients, and support all phases of the auction lifecycle while upholding high ethical standards. A strong self-starter who connects with contractors and fleet managers is ideal.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of successful sales experience.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
• Knowledge of construction, agriculture, fleet, or government sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and potential customers to increase Purple Wave's visibility.
• Educate clients about equipment auction services and how they can sell or buy used equipment.
• Enter customer information and opportunities in CRM and maintain communication across the team.
• Ensure successful execution of all phases of the auction process.
• Represent Purple Wave with heavy equipment owners, buyers, and sellers.
• Promote upcoming auctions and equipment inventory to raise awareness.
• Manage buyer/seller relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
