Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking an ICF-Program Director in Ohio to lead the overall system of support and services for individuals in our ICF facilities. This full-time position requires on-call duties and pays salaried compensation between $54,600 and $57,000 per year.

You will supervise staff, coordinate service delivery, hire and develop direct care employees, and ensure compliance with surveys and reporting. A Bachelor's degree in social services or related field is required, with supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field is required.
• Two years of experience in developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Displays strong decision-making and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall system of support and services for individuals served.
• Coordinate personnel and service delivery.
• Interview, hire and develop direct care employees.
• Monitor individuals' finances and benefits.
• Manage a caseload and coordinate care.
• Participate in all surveys.
• Investigate incidents, review reports, track trends and propose resolutions.
