Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. seeks an ICF-Program Director to lead the overall system of support for individuals served in our intermediate care facilities. You will oversee personnel, coordinate service delivery, and ensure quality care and financial monitoring for residents.

The role requires strong communication, decision-making and time-management skills, with supervisory experience. This is a full-time, on-call position with benefits and professional training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.

Salary: $54,600 ~ $57,000 per year - Full-time, On Call Required

At ViaQuest Healthcare Central we provide quality support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in our intermediate care facilities (ICF).

Responsibilities may include:

• Management of the overall system of support and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.

Requirements for this position include:
