ViaQuest Residential Services in Ohio seeks a Regional Director to lead the delivery of supports and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time role requires on-call responsibilities, fiscal oversight, and strong personnel coordination.

The ideal candidate will hold a four-year degree in social services, 3 years of management experience, and at least 4 years in developmental disabilities, with quality assurance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social services or related field.
• Minimum 3 years management-level experience.
• Minimum 4 years experience in developmental disabilities.
• Quality assurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Management of the overall system of supports and services within assigned region.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Fiscal oversight including budget development and reimbursement oversight.
• Ensure service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
