Job summary

Sevita, via ResCare Community Living, seeks a Program Director for IDD Services in Ohio. You will oversee multiple community programs, guide staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance person-centered services across supports and health care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in human services, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. On-call availability is expected to support staff and shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2–3 years in human services preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience also acceptable.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 1–4 programs.
• Manage program staff, performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation.
• Make hiring, promotion, and corrective action decisions.
• Ensure program planning and service delivery are person-centered and compliant.
• Be on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
