CBRE is seeking a Developmental Trainer to partner with business units to identify learning needs and design, develop, and roll out high-level training programs and content across the organization.

Based in Santa Fe, NM, you will lead content development, measure learning outcomes, collaborate with subject matter experts, and manage communications for new courses, while ensuring governance compliance and staying current with industry best practices to drive learning impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand and other LMS; ADDIE method preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely and logically.

Mansioni

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials, programs, and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
• Ensure governance compliance through audits and reports of new content and learning programs.
