Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Development Trainer in Hartford, CT, to partner with business units to identify learning needs and design, develop, and rollout high-level training programs.

You will work across Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations, building evaluation tools and collaborating with subject matter experts. Strong analytical and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content clearly and concisely.
• Experience with corporate training or CBRE learning programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend solutions that meet CBRE learning demands and facilitate updates.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials, programs, and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
• Audit, evaluate, and report to ensure governance-compliant content and programs.
