Job summary

CBRE Developmental Trainer in Richmond, VA partners with business units to identify learning needs and to design, develop, and roll out high-level training programs and content.

This role supports CBRE’s Talent, Learning & Development initiatives by creating curricula, evaluating platforms, collaborating with SMEs, and ensuring governance, effectiveness, and timely updates through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Understanding of processes, procedures, systems within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely and logically.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (CSOD) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend smart solutions that meet CBRE learning demands and facilitate updates.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials and curricula.
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
• Ensure governance compliance through audits, evaluations, and reports of new content and programs.
• Review training metrics and feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive department goals.
