Job summary

Pine Cove, Inc. is seeking a mission-driven professional for a full-time Development role. You will help shape fundraising strategy, ensure data integrity across Salesforce and related platforms, and design donor engagement workflows to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.

You will also support the Scholarship program and provide backup support to the Donations Manager, contributing to accurate gift processing and excellent donor care across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of experience required.
• Maintain compliance with Pine Cove policies and procedures.
• Possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Excellent professional writing and editing skills (spelling/grammar).
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets and intermediate databases; Salesforce preferred (training provided).
• Able to work independently and in a team; manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Development with fundraising development strategy, planning, and execution through key tasks and coordinating components of projects.
• Strengthen and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and integrated platforms to support reporting and decision-making.
• Design and manage donor engagement workflows to cultivate relationships and seek new donor opportunities.
• Support the Scholarship strategy through targeted tasks and cross-department collaboration.
• Provide backup support to the Donations Manager, ensuring continuity in gift processing and donor care.
• Responsible for other tasks as directed.
