Job summary

Community Action of Skagit County is seeking a Donor Development Coordinator to strengthen our fundraising program and donor relationships. You will manage data, coordinate campaigns and events, and support communications with staff and leadership.

This hourly full-time role involves maintaining DonorPerfect records, producing dashboards, and collaborating across departments to optimize fundraising outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in fundraising, marketing and communications highly preferred.
• Database management experience highly desired.
• Experience using databases to source and track prospect and donor information preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of Annual Fundraising Plan under the Community Engagement Director.
• Update monthly dashboard and track progress.
• Coordinate relationships with donors, foundations, businesses and other sponsorships.
• Manage data entry and records of donor information.
• Train staff on database standards for accurate records.
• Optimize and maintain DonorPerfect for tracking relationships and reporting.
• Coordinate private grants including research, proposals, and reporting.
• Lead weekly foundation grant meetings and coordinate with funders.
• Draft donor emails and social content, manage newsletters and solicitations.
• Lead donor acknowledgements and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate fundraising events and related logistics.
• Support annual Spirit of Hopeイベント and other fundraising activities.
• Support Board Donor Development Committee with scheduling and notes.
