Job summary

San Diego Rescue Mission is seeking a Donor Engagement Coordinator to support the Development & Community Engagement team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional donor communications, managing a mid-level donor portfolio, and executing events that deepen donor engagement and support the Mission's mission.

• Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in administration or nonprofit management.

• Coordinate and execute donor communications using the CRM and engagement tools to ensure timely and strategic interactions.
• Cultivate mid-level donors through personalized stewardship to increase retention and grow giving.
• Leverage CRM data to maintain donor records, track engagement, and guide cultivation strategies.
• Assist with planning and executing donor engagement events to deepen relationships and showcase impact.
