Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition in Nashville is seeking a Development and Database Coordinator to support fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and CRM/database operations. This is a full-time exempt role reporting to the Development Manager.

The position involves collaborating with finance and communications teams to ensure accurate gift processing, donor record maintenance, and event support including the InterNASHional Night Market.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English required; another language preferred.

Responsabilités

• Work with the finance team to ensure accurate processing, recording, receipting, and reconciling of donations and sponsorships.
• Manage a portfolio of small-dollar donors through timely donor stewardship calls, thank you cards, and emails.
• Coordinate logistics and execution of stewardship, events, and campaign appeals through CRM list development, printing, mailings, and supplies.
• Maintain donor data and generate donor reports from CRM systems as needed.
• Coordinate ordering, organizing, inventory, ecommerce, and shipping of merchandise promptly.
• Support donation solicitation with all TIRRC and TIRRC Votes events through tabling.
• Support fundraising events like the InterNASHional Night Market.
• Collaborate with Development and Communications to create social media posts and stewardship materials.
• Implement digital fundraising strategies in coordination with teams.
• Ensure cooperation within the organization and respond to momentary needs.
