National Black Theatre is seeking a Development Coordinator to support our growing development team by maintaining administrative systems, including the Donor Database (CRM), to sustain institutional and individual giving as well as the capital campaign.

This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Development Director and operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-person presence 2-3 days per week and occasional evenings or weekend time at fundraising and networking events.
