Job summary

NHCO is seeking a Development Coordinator to support day-to-day fundraising operations in Northern Kentucky. You will maintain donor records, assist with campaigns, events, and grant support while engaging donors and partners.

Responsibilities include database management in Bloomerang, coordinating events, drafting stewardship materials, and providing metrics for leadership. The role requires at least two years in fundraising and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years of directly related experience in development or fundraising.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check, FBI Fingerprint, and Mandatory Reporter Training required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Bloomerang donor database and generate reports.
• Manage Bloomerang fundraising forms, events, and auctions.
• Plan, execute, and track fundraising campaigns and appeals.
• Coordinate fundraising events, registrations, sponsorships, and volunteers.
• Draft corporate partnerships and donor stewardship materials.
• Assist with grant proposals, funder research, and reporting.
• Provide donor inquiries support and metrics reporting.
