Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of related work with an associate’s degree
• Experience with CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and cloud collaborations (Dropbox, Slack)
• Strong time management and organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Background check and eligibility verification
• Valid California driver license and reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Maintain and manage Blackbaud Raiser's Edge 7 and RE NXT
• Keep donation and donor records accurate and up-to-date
• Produce monthly reports summarizing donations by division
• Support donor communications and stewardship activities
• Assist in training staff on Blackbaud RE 7 & RE NXT
• Coordinate fundraising platforms and campaigns as needed
• Contribute to development workgroups and special events
