National Black Theatre is seeking a Development Coordinator to support our growing development team by maintaining administrative systems, including the Donor Database (CRM), to sustain institutional and individual giving as well as the capital campaign.
This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Development Director and operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-person presence 2-3 days per week and occasional evenings or weekend time at fundraising and networking events.
TheDevelopmentCoordinatorisanintegralpartofNBT’sgrowingdevelopmentteam,andwillfocusonmaintainingadministrativesystems,suchastheDonorDatabase(CRM),thatsupportNBT’sinstitutionalandindividualgivingprogramsaswellasitscapitalcampaign.Thispositionhasimmenseroomforgrowth,asNBT’sstaffingandannualbudgetisslatedtogrowsteadilyeachyearuntilitsnewbuildingopensin2026,andthispersonwillhavetheopportunitytocreatesystemsandrelationshipsthatwillextendandamplifyNBT’sreachforyearstocome.
This is a full-time, non-exempt role, with an hourly rate of $25/hour, reporting to the Development Director. NBT is operating a hybrid work model, with this person expected to be in person 2-3 days/week as well as occasional evenings or weekend time at fundraising and networking events.
Compensation: $25/hour
