Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Developer Marketing Manager to connect developers and technical buyers with our cloud and security platforms.

You will partner with Developer Relations, product marketing, and sales to drive programs that convert developer interest into engaged accounts, pipeline, and product adoption across PLG and SLG models. You will own end-to-end programs like podcasts, webinars, and workshops, while turning DevRel content into scalable campaigns.

Qualifications

8 years of relevant experience in developer, community, or program marketing.
Degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Run end-to-end developer programs including podcasts, webinars, livestreams, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
Turn DevRel content into repeatable programs supporting Cloud and Security launches and campaigns.
Support SLG with field events and PLG with sign-ups programs.
Lead Akamai's developer and open source presence at KubeCon, CNCF, The Linux Foundation, and Spin.
Manage budget, vendors, sponsorships, and ROI; report outcomes to stakeholders.
Own the developer program calendar with DevRel and product marketing.
