Job summary

Akamai Technologies is actively seeking a Developer Marketing Manager to partner with Developer Relations, product marketing, and sales to reach developers and technical decision makers across Akamai's Cloud and Security portfolios. You will run programs that turn developer interest into engaged accounts, pipeline, and product adoption across PLG and SLG motions.

You will lead end-to-end programs (podcasts, webinars, livestreams, workshops) and scale DevRel content into repeatable campaigns

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in developer, community, or program marketing.
Experience running recurring developer/customer programs at scale (webinars, livestreams, newsletters).
Experience supporting sales-led teams via events, sponsorships, and ROI management.
Partnership with DevRel to turn content into repeatable programs.
Strong written communication and ability to translate technical topics for developers and buyers.

Responsibilities

Run developer programs end to end (podcasts, webinars, livestreams, workshops, onboarding).
Turn DevRel content into repeatable programs supporting Cloud and Security launches and campaigns.
Support SLG with field events and customer briefings; assist PLG with sign-ups.
Lead Akamai's developer and open source presence at conferences like KubeCon, CNCF, Linux Foundation, Spin.
Manage budget, vendors, sponsorships, and ROI; report outcomes to stakeholders.
Own the developer program calendar with DevRel and product marketing.
