United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a technically fluent Customer Success Manager to support API customers from evaluation through production and broader adoption. You will own a portfolio of customers, understand their use cases, and drive successful integration of our AI-related APIs with developers and technical leaders.

Qualifications

Fluent reading of API docs and ability to interpret responses and errors.
Proven track record driving adoption, retention, or growth across a portfolio of customers.
Experience creating or improving a customer program or cross-functional process.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion; build trust with developers and stakeholders.
Understand each customer's use case and help them evaluate APIs for production readiness.
Use product usage data to identify adoption risks and growth opportunities; outline next steps.
Coordinate with Engineering and Support to resolve technical questions and update customers during resolution.
Lead customer-facing programs like endpoint migrations and product rollouts; track readiness and milestones.
Communicate product changes, deprecations, and outages with clear guidance to customers.
