Qualifications

• Fluent reading of API docs and ability to interpret responses and errors.
• Proven track record driving adoption, retention, or growth across a portfolio of customers.
• Experience creating or improving a customer program or cross-functional process.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion; build trust with developers and stakeholders.
• Understand each customer's use case and help them evaluate APIs for production readiness.
• Use product usage data to identify adoption risks and growth opportunities; outline next steps.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Support to resolve technical questions and update customers during resolution.
• Lead customer-facing programs like endpoint migrations and product rollouts; track readiness and milestones.
• Communicate product changes, deprecations, and outages with clear guidance to customers.
