Job summary

Lukos is seeking a Custody and Removal Coordinator to support ICE detainees at Eloy, AZ. The role focuses on responsive services for victims, trauma-related needs, and coordination with detention staff to ensure a safe environment and proper care plans.

The CRC will engage with ERO Field Offices and detention facilities, helping to address requests, arrange language interpretation, and develop personalized Departure and Release Plans for vulnerable individuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
• Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist with needs, requests, and complaints from detained noncitizens regarding non‑officer or immigration case issues.
• Assist officers with requests related to parent/child communication and child welfare involvement.
• Facilitate on-site support of disability accommodations with detention facilities upon submission to ERO HQ.
