Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of related experience providing support to vulnerable populations.
• Knowledge of the case management process at the bachelor's level.
• Ability to adapt to sudden changes in schedules and work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist ERO officers with addressing noncitizen requests.
• Facilitate on-site support for disability accommodations.
• Provide general support to maintain safety and security of the detention facility.
