Job summary

Lukos is seeking a Custody and Removal Coordinator in Eloy, AZ to assist ICE detention staff in maintaining a safe environment and provide services on trauma, health, and victim support. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and experience with vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities include helping detainees with requests, coordinating accommodations, and guiding release and transfer planning with ERO offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
• Master's degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral

Responsibilities

• Assist detainees with needs, requests, and complaints using ICE processes.
• Support ERO staff with parent/child communication and child welfare issues.
• Coordinate disability accommodations in detention facilities as requested.
• Facilitate discussions on policies, detention standards, and detainee care.
• Provide language interpretation for facility and ERO staff.
