Job summary

Lukos is seeking a Social Worker/Custody and Removal Coordinator in Eloy, AZ to support ICE detainees and facility staff. You will address needs, coordinate services, and aid in release planning while working within detention programs and health services.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-agency environment. Salary and benefits consistent with federal contract norms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Master's degree or advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist detained noncitizens with needs, requests, and complaints.
• Support parent/child communication and child welfare matters.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities.
• Facilitate discussions on policy, detention standards, and safety.
• Provide referrals for medical, mental health, chaplain, and other services.
• Conduct welfare checks and follow-ups for vulnerable individuals.
