Job summary

Lukos LLC seeks a Custody and Resource Coordinator in Lumpkin, GA, to support ERO field offices and detention facilities. You will assist detained noncitizens with requests, coordinate interpreter services, and help with disability accommodations to maintain a safe, compliant environment.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in Social Work or Psychology, 2+ years in related services, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology (or equivalent).
• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist detained noncitizens with requests and complaints.
• Support ERO and facility staff on accessibility and disability accommodations.
• Coordinate communications with detained noncitizens and provide orientation.
• Provide language interpretation for facility and ERO staff.
• Develop and maintain a national resource database for CRC/ERO use.
• Support release and removal planning for vulnerable noncitizens.
