Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social work, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Master's degree or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist with detainee requests and complaints using ICE forms.
• Support parent/child communication and child welfare involvement.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities as requested by ERO HQ.
• Facilitate discussions with detained noncitizens on topics such as abuse, pregnancy, and resources.
• Provide language interpretation for facility and ERO staff.
• Develop and maintain a national resource database for CRC and ERO use.
• Conduct wellness checks and follow-ups for vulnerable individuals.
• Meet newly detained noncitizens to answer questions and orient to CRC services.
