Job summary

Lukos seeks a Custody and Removal Coordinator in Raymondville, TX to assist ICE detention staff with detainee needs, communications, and resource coordination. The role focuses on trauma-informed support, language services, and compliance with detention standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Social Work or Psychology or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist detained noncitizens with needs, requests, and complaints.
• Support ERO staff with language interpretation and disability accommodations.
• Provide referrals to care and follow-up to prevent incidents.
• Meet newly detained individuals to explain CRC services and orientation.
• Maintain a national resource database for CRC/ERO use.
