Job summary

Aurora, CO-based Lukos is seeking a Custody and Removal Coordinator to support ICE detention facility staff and the detained population. You will handle detainee needs, coordinate language interpretation, and assist with release planning for vulnerable individuals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Social Work or Psychology, fluency in English and Spanish, and 2+ years in victim services or related fields. Travel may be required and compensation ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist with detainee requests and complaints on ICE forms or related issues.
• Support ERO staff with parent/child communication and child welfare matters.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities, as requested.
• Facilitate compliance with agency policies and detention standards.
• Provide language interpretation for detained noncitizens and staff.
• Research resources and prepare departure and release plans for vulnerable individuals.
