Job summary

Lukos is seeking a Custody and Resource Coordinator in Adelanto, CA to support ERO Field Office and detention facility staff. You will assist with detainee requests, coordinate disability accommodations, and connect detained individuals with services while ensuring compliance with policies and detention standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s in social work or psychology, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with vulnerable populations. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology; accredited program.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist with detainee needs and complaints using ICE forms or related processes.
• Support parent/child communication and child welfare involvement.
• Coordinate disability accommodations and follow up with facilities.
• Provide language interpretation and facilitate access to services.
• Support removal/planning research and release planning for vulnerable individuals.
