Responsibilities

• Process and enter a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Review invoices for accuracy and verify amounts.
• Assist with matching invoices to purchase orders and documents.
• Enter AP/AR data and maintain records in the accounting system.
• Assist with customer invoicing, payments, and basic collections.
• Prepare vendor payments and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Maintain organized electronic records and supporting documents.
• Perform data entry, filing, and general accounting duties.
• Use Excel to update spreadsheets and track invoices.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Follow procedures and meet daily processing deadlines.
