Job summary

Aardvark Studios is seeking an AP/AR Specialist to own day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation. You will work closely with our accounting team to maintain vendor records and generate aging reports.

You should bring hands-on AP/AR experience, strong GL coding knowledge, and a high attention to detail to thrive in our fast-paced, project-based environment on site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AP and AR processes.
• Understand fundamental accounting concepts and proper GL coding.
• Comfortable performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day AP and AR processes.
• Review invoices for accuracy and approvals.
• Code invoices to GL accounts and track expenses.
• Maintain vendor records and prepare AP/AR aging reports.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.
• Support accounting projects and cross-functional requests.
