You will support AR, maintain confidentiality, and help ensure accurate financial records in a manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and meticulous data handling, with a base salary in the range indicated and opportunities for process improvements within the AP function.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter vendor invoices for payment.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment-related issues.
• Analyze vendor accounts, discrepancies, and unpaid invoices.
• Prepare account analyses and reports as required.
• Assist with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Support Controller and accounts payable processes for process improvement.
