Allied Resources is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support day-to-day accounts payable and receivable activities. You will review invoices, process payments, and reconcile statements while communicating with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to work independently. Oracle experience is a plus; you will maintain accurate records and support overall team priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of accounting/accounts payable/receivable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Oracle or similar accounting systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review invoices and purchase orders to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Process invoices, payment requests, and electronic payments.
• Research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding account questions.
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements and investigate outstanding transactions.
• Maintain accurate records while following company policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative and accounting support, including document processing and data entry.
• Assist with team priorities and additional workload when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
