Key Responsibilities

• Discuss client interests, preferred destinations, travel dates, budget range, and vacation priorities.
• Research destination-specific options including resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and local activities.
• Identify suitable choices and explain relevant features, inclusions, and planning considerations.
• Coordinate selected vacation services through approved supplier systems and resources.
• Monitor confirmations, important dates, reservation details, and outstanding client information.
• Communicate updates and next steps clearly throughout the planning process.
• Assist with routine service changes or questions as needed.
• Maintain accurate client documentation while expanding destination and supplier knowledge.
