Hope’s Global Getaways seeks motivated, detail-minded individuals to join our remote team as Vacation Services Consultants. You will help clients explore vacation possibilities, compare options, and coordinate services with trusted suppliers to bring plans together.

No prior travel industry experience is required; training and ongoing support are provided. This flexible, client-focused role offers an independent work structure, access to destination knowledge, and performance-based incentives

Responsabilités

• Consult with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and overall vacation goals.
• Search available resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages.
• Compare suitable options and help clients understand the differences between available choices.
• Coordinate selected vacation services through approved supplier resources and booking platforms.
• Keep important trip information, confirmations, deadlines, and planning notes organized.
• Stay in contact with clients regarding updates, pending decisions, and information still needed.
• Assist with routine booking adjustments and service questions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client records and continue building knowledge of destinations and supplier offerings.

Position Overview
