Job summary

SEAKR Engineering in Centennial, CO is seeking a Desktop Support Technician II to join our IT team. You will provide end-user tech support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, focusing on hardware, software, and network connectivity, and using endpoint management for imaging and deployment.

You will manage support tickets, collaborate with IT Infrastructure, and help with MDM enrollment, documentation, and inventory.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in technical desktop support.
Experience managing queues in ticketing systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
Understanding of Active Directory and Group Policies.
Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and AD queries.
DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and communication to end-users.
Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within SLAs.
Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Utilize Enterprise Endpoint Management Systems for OS imaging and software deployment.
Maintain documentation of desktop hardware, software, and network configurations.
Maintain inventory of workstation hardware and software.
Assist with MDM enrollment and policies.
Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to resolve escalated issues.
Assist with the maintenance and administration of the desktop environment.
