Job summary

AXA Professionals is seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to image, deploy, and maintain endpoint devices using MDT, while resolving hardware and software issues for a fast-paced enterprise environment.

You will handle AD administration, user provisioning, and mobile device management with Workspace ONE, alongside ServiceNow ticket handling and cross-team collaboration. The role supports both onsite and remote incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Desktop/IT Support professional.
• Hands-on experience with MDT imaging and device deployment.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and user/group management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and incident resolution.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops/desktops using MDT.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and corporate tech.
• Diagnose incidents onsite and remotely; escalate when needed.
• Maintain asset inventory records.
