Job summary

SEAKR Engineering is seeking a Desktop Support Technician II to join our IT team in Centennial, CO. You will support end-user devices, install software, perform OS imaging, and manage software deployment using Enterprise Endpoint Management Systems.

The role emphasizes customer service, ticket queues, and collaboration with IT Infrastructure to resolve escalated issues. A DoD 8140/8570 IAT II cert (or ability to obtain) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technical desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communication to end-users.
• Manage, prioritize, and resolve support tickets within SLAs.
• Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Utilize endpoint management for OS imaging and software deployment.
• Maintain documentation of desktop hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Assist with MDM enrollment and policies.
• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Assist with maintenance and administration of the desktop environment.
