Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Engineer to join their team. This hands-on IT professional will support end users, manage devices, and contribute to desktop engineering efforts in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on service, imaging laptops, deploying Windows, and coordinating with AD, Exchange, SCCM/Intune for endpoint management, with potential long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Strong experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with desktop imaging and Windows deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot endpoint and user support issues.
• Familiarity with SCCM and/or Intune.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange.
• Comfort working directly with end users.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on service desk and deskside support.
• Image laptops and deploy Windows systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• Manage mobile device resets and setup.
• Support Active Directory requests and permissions.
• Assist with Microsoft Exchange support.
• Work with SCCM and Intune for endpoint management.
• Help support endpoint deployments and related projects.
