U.S. Eagle Federal Credit Union in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Desktop Support Technician I to provide hands-on help desk and end-user support for staff. You will respond to requests, diagnose issues, and deploy hardware and software across the credit union's IT environment.

Responsibilities include imaging and provisioning laptops/desktops, maintaining Windows 10/11 and Office 365, assisting with AD accounts, MFA, and network printing. Travel to branches in the Albuquerque area as needed.

Formación

• 1–3 years of hands-on service desk or desktop support experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and documenting troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalation notes.
• Associate degree or equivalent with related certifications highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical assistance with hardware, software, and network problems.
• Troubleshoot issues using structured methods and document resolutions.
• Manage desktop system updates and software installations.
• Image and deploy laptops and desktops.
• Travel to Albuquerque area branches as needed.
