You will install hardware/software, maintain VoIP, and support active directory/Entra ID while collaborating with the IT team on projects. A strong emphasis on service, security, and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft software.
• Strong documentation and ticketing skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple issues and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Install PC hardware and software as needed.
• Serve as first contact for users; triage and escalate issues.
• Support System Administration in deployments and patches.
• Maintain VoIP device management and inventory of assets.
• Develop and update department documentation and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT team on projects and on-call rotation.
