Job summary

Wildflower International, LTD. is looking for an IT Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for employees and customers in Albuquerque. This full-time, on-site role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user onboarding, and using Windows Autopilot for device configuration.

The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in technical support, excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365. Compensation includes an opportunity for travel across Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow established service protocols consistently.
• Able to lift 30 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 desktop and endpoint support for internal employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and enterprise applications.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and account access.
• Prepare, stage, and configure customer devices using Windows AutoPilot.
