Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows 7/10 and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Mac OS and peripherals.
• Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
• Imaging and provisioning of end-user devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis for incidents.
• Resolve and close tickets within defined SLAs.
• Log incident details and communicate progress to clients.
• Ensure tickets are updated and compliant with IT policies.
• Perform staging of PCs and IMAC activities.
• Handle asset management, break-fix logistics, and device provisioning.
