Job summary

CompucomStaffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, Inc., is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our client's onsite team in Oneonta, NY. You will provide end-user support and help resolve hardware and software issues.

Candidates should have at least 2 years IMAC experience, knowledge of imaging, setup and deployment, and be able to perform asset tracking in ServiceNow with strong customer-facing skills. The wage range is $23.03–$30.71 per hour, on a W2 basis with benefits, onsite only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of IMAC experience.
• Knowledge of imaging, setup, and deployment.
• Ability to perform asset tracking in ServiceNow.
• Must have strong desktop support troubleshooting experience.
• Must have good customer facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user desktop support onsite in Oneonta, NY.
• Resolve hardware and software issues for users.
• Document and track issues and resolutions.
