Job summary

Candidates should have 1–2 years of desktop support experience in a Windows-based environment, including device installation, troubleshooting and repair, with strong customer service skills.

You will use ServiceNow for ticket management, assist with basic networking, and help maintain IT infrastructure to keep operations smooth for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation, troubleshooting and repair of devices.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ticket management is a plus.
