Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support technician with a high aptitude for customer service. Candidates must be able to work onsite in the Louisville, KY area. The selected technician will provide support for multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience related directly with desktop support (1 - 2 years minimum), including installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a windows-based environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
• Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Hardware and software experience.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
