Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Desktop Support Technician for an 8–10 week contract in Las Vegas, NV. The role covers provisioning Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices, signing in users, device enrollment, and ensuring connectivity to WiFi and SSO apps.

On-site at client HQ, with a 9am–5pm schedule, weekdays, and a pay range of $18–$24 per hour on W2. The technician will also manage OneDrive backups, configure MS Outlook signatures, and install required applications remotely or on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows 11 endpoints.
• Experience provisioning iOS devices.
• Familiar with M365 and Outlook setup.
• Understanding of SSO login processes.
• Basic WiFi connectivity troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, replace, and upgrade Team Members assets (Windows 11, iOS).
• Provision new devices in person and remotely with project leads.
• Manage sign-ins and device enrollment for endpoints and iOS devices.
• Ensure access to WiFi and SSO applications for users.
• Verify Outlook signatures on endpoints and iOS devices.

Job description

Pay Rate: Pay Range: $18-24/hr on W2

Duration: Sep 2026 - Dec 2026 (8-10-week duration from start)

• Deliver, replace, and upgrade Team Members asset(s) including Windows 11 endpoints and iOS devices.
• Coordinate with project leads and leadership to complete Team Members new device provisioning both in person and remotely.
• Manage Team Members in signing into all endpoints and iOS devices and completing device enrollment processes.
• Ensure Team Member can connect to WiFi.
• Ensure Team Members are signed into single sign on (SSO) applications.
• Confirm M365 suite of product usage on endpoints and iOS devices.
• Set up MS Outlook signature(s) on endpoints and iOS devices.
• Ensure iOS device contacts, photos, and files are backed up via OneDrive on old iOS device and synced to new iOS device.
• Applications should install automatically but it will be the responsibility of the Desktop Technician to ensure that all the applications, configuration settings, and peripherals that the team member needs are installed and working properly.
• Should any issues arise, the Desktop Technician will be required to stop and provide feedback to the project manager / leadership so that appropriate remediations can be applied.
• In addition, PC technicians will be responsible for the removal, tagging, documenting, and processing of endpoints and iOS devices that are collected from the Team Members.
• These duties will be performed on-site at client headquarters.
• Shifts will be Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm. No overtime.
