Job summary

TECEZE seeks an IT/Desktop Support specialist in Columbus, MS. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, configure devices, image and reimage, and coordinate OEM warranty actions.

Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential. Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM is preferred, plus familiarity with asset management and basic network troubleshooting.

Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support.
Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic network troubleshooting and device configuration.
