Job summary

TECEZE in Mobile, AL is seeking an IT/Desktop/EUC Support professional to handle end-user computing issues, hardware/software troubleshooting, device imaging, and asset management. You will provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software, assist with device configuration and imaging, and coordinate hardware repairs and OEM warranty tasks.

The role requires clear communication, basic network skills, and familiarity with environments such as manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in IT/Desktop/EUC Support
• Troubleshooting hardware and software
• Basic network troubleshooting
• Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation
• Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination
• IT asset/stock management and monthly audits
• ServiceNow/ITSM experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments preferred
• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
