Job summary

TECEZE is seeking an IT Support specialist for the Columbus, MS area to handle desktop/EUC support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and device imaging. The role requires strong customer-facing communication and collaboration with manufacturing/logistics teams.

Priority is given to candidates with Health & Safety awareness and OEM warranty coordination experience. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in IT support, basic network skills, and familiarity with asset management.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of IT/Desktop/EUC Support experience.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities.
• Basic network troubleshooting skills.
• Device configuration, imaging/reimaging and software installation.
• Hardware repairs and OEM warranty coordination.
• IT asset/stock management with monthly audits.
• ServiceNow/ITSM experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or industrial environments is preferred.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) practices.
