Job summary

Teceze USA in Miami, FL is seeking an onsite IT support specialist to assist end users in an industrial environment. You will troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and basic network issues.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of IT/Desktop/EUC support experience in an industrial setting.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Perform device imaging, configuration, and software installation.
• Coordinate hardware repairs and OEM warranty processes.
• Manage IT assets, stock, and conduct monthly audits.
• Experience with ServiceNow/ITSM is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices.
